Sarah and Jacob are officially married!! On Saturday, we spent the day at Abe and Jake’s Landing in Lawrence, KS, for these two love bird’s getting ready space, ceremony and wedding reception. This venue was nothing short of amazing with their open layout and Urban charm spread throughout the building! There were hanging lights throughout the entire venue along with flowers, greenery and candles for decoration to put it over the top. Truly a one-of-a-kind space!
From the moment Corey and I entered the venue, we knew it was going to be a great day! Sarah and Jacob’s family and friends were so sweet and welcoming, it instantly made us feel at home!
In between getting ready photos, we spent the afternoon making sure the bride and groom wouldn’t see each other since they were in nearby rooms (even if they wanted to take a peek!). It wasn’t until their first look where you could tell nerves were eased and the day finally began to sink in. Throughout the rest of the day, they had an intimate ceremony, beautiful sunset photos and a freaking awesome dance party! You could tell the minute that dance floor was open everyone was ready to get their groove on!!
Sarah and Jacob, the day was absolutely perfect and Corey and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to spend a weekend with 😊
